Since 2013, Disney has been a pioneer in helping Change the Course (CtC) build a corporate water stewardship movement. Disney was interested in supporting projects meaningful to Southern California’s water use through their Disney Conservation Fund. The organization has supported projects in both California and Florida.
How They Inspire
Disney’s philanthropic contribution to CtC projects was not publicly promoted. However, their brand certainly helped to attract other leading brands to Change the Course over the years. Disney has been a CtC partner since 2013.
The Impact They’re Making
Disney has helped expand CtC’s portfolio in California and Florida. A few Disney funded projects include San Joaquin Valley Groundwater Recharge and Cody Meadow Restoration in California and Durando Okeechobee Water Quality Improvement in Florida.
